By booking a time slot at Barnyard you are agreeing to the Terms and conditions set out below, so please ensure you read them prior to booking:

Once booked you will receive a confirmation email with the gate codes.

Your time slot includes your time to get out of your car, into the paddock and back into the car at the end before the next customer arrives.

This is to ensure there is no cross over with dogs coming into contact with each other.

Please ensure your dog is fit and healthy before using the exercise paddock.

Do not allow your dog out of the car until the previous customer has left the site.

Do not let your dog off of the lead (and muzzle if required) until you are inside the paddock and the gate is locked.

Please note at times the ground may be wet and even slippery. It can also be uneven. There may be bumps, holes and divets and appropriate footwear is always required.

Across in the next paddock we do keep 2 bee hives, your dogs will not be able to access those, but we need to let you know incase they or anyone in your booking is allergic.

Please pick up your dog poo and take your dog poo bags home with you.

We do not have any waste bins on site.

If you arrive late for your session, your booking can not be extended.

You are responsible for your dog at all times.

Barnyard cannot be responsible for any dog that escapes from the site.

Barnyard accept no liability for any injury or death to animals or persons whilst visiting our site.

Barnyard do not accept responsibility for loss or damage of any personal belongings left unattended on the site.

Vehicles and contents are left at owners own risk.

Do not allow your dog to dig or damage any part of the facility.

Any breakages or damage caused at Barnyard or on site must be paid for the hirer.

You must be over 18 to book Barnyard.

All dogs must be accompanied by an adult and children and dogs must be supervised at all times.

Smoking, vaping, alcohol and drugs are not permitted on site .

Please do not drive any faster than 5mph into the premises as there may be other people and animals around.

If you do see any damage to the perimeters of the dog paddock please do let us know on 07951 161548.

We inspect the paddock every day to ensure standards are maintained.

Please take home any of you dog toys especially if they are damaged.

We reserve the right to cancel any bookings if required for repairs, A full refund will be issued.

If you do need to reschedule you can do this upto 6 hours before your time slot is due.

Sorry no cancellations, as we get charged for all transactions.
